This Billing Policy explains how WanderWorks (“we,” “us,” “our”) manages payments, subscriptions, setup fees, refunds, and cancellations for all products and services including websites, AI automations, marketing systems, and consulting.
By purchasing any WanderWorks product, subscription, or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Billing Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Billing
WanderWorks operates on a monthly subscription model for all service tiers, including:
Tier 1 — Customer Capture System
Tier 2 — Starter AI Automation
Tier 2 — Standard AI Automation
Tier 3 — Growth Accelerator
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
Your billing date is the date you purchased your subscription.
2. Setup Fees
Some plans include a setup fee.
Setup fees cover initial configuration, systems integration, AI training, workflow creation, tracking setup, website work, and onboarding labor.
Setup fees are always non-refundable, regardless of subscription status.
3. Payment Methods
You must provide a valid payment method at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize WanderWorks to:
Charge the monthly subscription fee
Charge applicable setup fees
Attempt renewal charges automatically
Reattempt failed charges
If your payment fails, we may suspend access to your account or services until payment is resolved.
4. Refund Policy
Because WanderWorks delivers digital products, AI systems, marketing workflows, and labor-based configuration, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
Monthly subscription fees
Setup fees
Time-based services
Work already performed
Partial months of service
You may cancel future billing at any time, but previously charged fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or using the cancellation option within your client portal.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must occur before your renewal date.
When you cancel:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period
No prorated refunds are provided
Your AI agents, workflows, inbox, website hosting, and systems will be paused or removed at the end of the billing cycle
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback without reaching out to WanderWorks first is considered a breach of agreement.
If a chargeback occurs:
All services will be immediately terminated
All access to AI systems, websites, campaigns, funnels, automations, and tools will be revoked
You may be billed for completed work or outstanding amounts
We always work in good faith to resolve billing concerns quickly.
7. Price Changes
WanderWorks may adjust subscription pricing from time to time.
If you are on a recurring plan:
You will receive advance notice of price changes
You may choose to continue or cancel before the new rate is applied
Early-adopter pricing may be grandfathered at WanderWorks’ discretion.
8. Service Pausing
If your payment method fails:
You will receive email notifications
Service access may be paused after 3 failed attempts
Services resume once payment is updated and processed
Unpaid accounts may be closed or archived after 30 days.
9. Guarantees & Performance
WanderWorks does not guarantee specific financial results, appointment volume, or lead outcomes.
Our role is to provide systems, tools, and automations.
Performance depends on various external factors outside our control.
Any stated guarantees refer solely to completion of onboarding, not revenue generation.
